Licentieovereenkomst

1. Licentieverlening
Onder voorbehoud van de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst en betaling van de toepasselijke kosten, verleent FlowFusion u een niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare licentie om ons platform en onze diensten te gebruiken.
2. Omvang van de Licentie
Deze licentie stelt u in staat om:
- De functies van het platform te openen en gebruiken
- Onze API te integreren met uw toepassingen
- Gegevens te verwerken volgens uw abonnementsplan
- AI-modellen te creëren en beheren binnen ons platform
3. Beperkingen
U mag niet:
- Het platform in sublicentie geven, verkopen of distribueren
- Afgeleide werken wijzigen of creëren
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content remain with FlowFusion or its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.
5. Data Rights
You retain all rights to your data. We process it according to our:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms of Service
- Data Processing Agreement (where applicable)
6. Term and Termination
This license is valid for:
- The duration of your subscription
- Until terminated by either party
- Upon violation of these terms
7. Support and Updates
We provide technical support and updates according to your subscription plan. Support terms are detailed in our service level agreement.
8. Warranty and Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our liability is limited as specified in the Terms of Service.
