1. Acceptatie van Voorwaarden
Door toegang te krijgen tot ons platform, gaat u akkoord met deze servicevoorwaarden en alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving. Als u het niet eens bent met (een deel van) deze voorwaarden, mag u ons platform niet gebruiken of openen.
2. Gebruikslicentie
Tijdelijke toestemming wordt verleend om FlowFusion te gebruiken voor persoonlijke of zakelijke doeleinden, onder de volgende voorwaarden:
- U mag onze materialen niet wijzigen of kopiëren
- U mag de materialen niet gebruiken voor ongeautoriseerde commerciële doeleinden
- U mag niet proberen software te decompileren of reverse-engineeren
- U mag geen copyright- of eigendomsvermeldingen verwijderen
3. Servicevoorwaarden
Ons platform biedt automatiseringsdiensten onder de volgende voorwaarden:
- API gebruikslimieten zoals gespecificeerd in uw abonnement
- Naleving van ons acceptabel gebruiksbeleid
- Betaling van kosten volgens het gekozen plan
- Verantwoord gebruik van automatiseringsmogelijkheden
4. Account Terms
You are responsible for securing your account and password. The company cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this security obligation.
5. Pricing and Payment
By choosing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
- Fees are prepaid per billing period
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance
- Usage above the limits may incur additional costs
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlowFusion be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will inform users of changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
